Questions about plans
Which Nano Banana plan is right for me?
Choose by frequency and expected usage: Basic suits small experiments, Pro suits regular product shots, social images and design assets, and Enterprise or Plus allowances suit larger workloads. Use the allowance sliders to compare the available tiers.
A credit pack works well for a single project. Monthly billing suits regular short-term needs; compare annual totals when planning longer-term use. Include your preferred model, resolution and number of images per task in your estimate.
How do monthly, annual and one-time purchases differ?
Monthly plans charge monthly and provide that period's credits. Annual plans charge the full annual amount and provide the year's allowance. Subscriptions renew on the selected schedule unless you cancel renewal; subscription credits have a billing-period expiry.
A one-time credit pack charges once and does not renew. It suits occasional projects or extra credits. Check the selected plan, total and billing interval at checkout, especially when comparing an annual plan's monthly equivalent.
How do credits translate into image counts?
The model, resolution and image count determine each task’s cost. The credit table lists the cost per image; multiply it by the requested image count. Nano Banana 2.1, 2, Lite and Pro have different rates.
Nano Banana 2.1 costs 8 credits at 1K, 12 at 2K and 20 at 4K per image. For example, 1,000 credits covers 125 images at 1K. Your model and resolution determine the actual count. Check the workspace quote before submitting.
Credits cover image generation and reference-image editing that are available in the workspace. Each model's page shows its supported resolutions, aspect ratios and reference-image limits. Available settings vary by model.
Editing a prompt, changing settings or saving a local draft does not create a generation task. Regenerating or submitting another edit creates a new task charged at the selected settings. A larger allowance alone does not improve a model's output quality.
An annual card's monthly price is the yearly total divided by 12 for budget comparison. Checkout charges the full displayed annual amount. For example, Basic is shown as $9.90 per month, with an actual annual charge of $118.80.
Annual credits are the full year's allowance, issued after payment confirmation for that period. Do not multiply that credit number by 12 or expect the entire yearly allowance every month. Check both the annual total and annual credits.
How is the annual 50% OFF offer calculated?
The offer compares the discounted annual total with the struck-through standard annual price. The discounted total is half that reference price: Basic is $118.80 compared with the standard annual price of $237.60.
The standard annual reference and current monthly plan price are shown separately. Multiplying today's monthly price by 12 and then halving it will not determine the annual charge. Use the selected annual total and the checkout amount.
Are bonus credits already included in the total?
Yes. The large credit total includes both the base allowance and the bonus; the bonus is not added again after payment. Annual Pro's 34,500 credits, for example, consists of 30,000 base credits plus 4,500 bonus credits.
The bonus percentage is the bonus divided by the base allowance, rounded to a whole percent. After moving an allowance slider, check the updated total, bonus and price to confirm your selected tier.
How can I add credits to an existing subscription?
Select Credit packs on this page and purchase with your current account. A pack adds credits after payment confirmation without canceling your subscription or creating another monthly or annual renewal.
For a temporary increase in usage, compare packs first. If you need a lasting subscription change, review your existing subscription and next renewal in billing. Purchasing another subscription does not automatically upgrade, replace or credit the original one.
Subscription credits are valid within their monthly or annual billing period. Unused credits expire at the end of that period rather than rolling into the next one. A successful renewal issues a new allowance; annual credits do not reset each month.
One-time packs currently have no expiry and can be used alongside subscription credits. Balances retain their source and validity period. Check your account and orders for details. Canceling renewal does not immediately remove credits that are still valid.
Sign in with the purchasing account, open billing and use the Stripe subscription-management link. The customer portal lets you cancel renewal or update your payment method. Cancellation takes effect at the current period's end; valid credits remain usable until expiry.
Closing the website, signing out or stopping generation does not stop automatic renewal. Check the portal's cancellation date and status. One-time packs do not renew. Canceling future renewal and requesting a refund for a past payment are separate actions.
Confirm that you are signed into the purchasing account, then check your order in billing. Credits are added after payment confirmation. Opening checkout, returning to the website or seeing a pending bank authorization does not by itself confirm a completed order.
If the order is processing, refresh billing later and avoid repeated purchases. If a confirmed charge still has no matching order or credits, send your account email, order reference, payment time and receipt through the contact page. Do not send a full card number or verification code.
While a task is processing, its estimated cost is reserved so concurrent tasks cannot exceed your balance. Successful tasks are settled; confirmed failures release the reservation. A pending or queued task is not a confirmed failure.
Requesting a different result after a successful generation creates another task. If a completed failed task leaves an incorrect balance, contact support with its ID and time. Generation-credit corrections and cash refunds for purchased plans are handled separately.
Where can I find orders, billing documents or invoices?
Sign in to the purchasing account to review amounts, payment status and credit records in billing. The Stripe customer portal includes payment records and available billing downloads for that account. Use the matching order to check what was actually paid.
For invoice details or additional billing information, open the invoice form on the contact page from billing and provide your purchase email, order reference and required billing name. Download availability depends on the documents provided for that order.
Refund requests are reviewed manually by email and must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with your account email, order reference, purchase date and reason. Under the current policy, usage above 30 credits permits only a prorated partial refund; usage above 30% is not refundable.
Read the refund policy for eligibility and processing details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. A refund request does not replace canceling renewal. For payment, credit or generation questions, include the relevant order or task details through the contact page.
